Preparing your order

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. High-volume periods, launches, holidays and carrier disruptions can add time.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping typically takes 12–28 business days after shipment. Express shipping, when available, typically takes 7–12 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, local carriers and remote destinations can affect timing.

Shipping costs & destinations

Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout for your address before you pay. If checkout is available for your address, we can ship there. Customs duties, import taxes and other local charges are your responsibility unless clearly included at checkout.

Following your parcel

A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent when your order ships, when tracking is available. Tracking can take a few days to update. For delivery concerns or an address correction, email info@baporssa.com with your order number as soon as possible.
