Overview
BAPORSSA ships eyewear with clear tracking and practical delivery support. Our goal is to make your order easy to follow from checkout to delivery.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled if a delivery issue occurs.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, holidays, or carrier disruptions, processing may take additional time.
Pre-order, backorder, or made-to-order items may require a longer processing timeline. If an item has a longer estimated timeline, we will show that information on the product page, at checkout, or contact you by email.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Standard shipping: typically 12–28 business days after shipment
- Express shipping, when available: typically 7–12 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier handling, holidays, weather, address issues, remote delivery locations, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any free shipping offer, promotional shipping rate, or express shipping option will be shown at checkout when available for your delivery address.
4. International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. If checkout is available for your address, we can currently ship to that location.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are clearly included at checkout.
BAPORSSA is not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, import restrictions, or additional charges required by local authorities.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Tracking may take a few days to update after the shipping label is created. If your tracking link does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.
For some international shipments, tracking updates may be limited while the package is in transit between countries or being transferred to a local carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
This includes your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and any delivery details required by your local carrier.
If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@baporssa.com.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
BAPORSSA is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided shipping information.
7. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will contact you once the package is received or confirmed by the carrier.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and carrier fees are non-refundable unless the delivery issue was caused by our error.
8. Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues
If your package appears delayed, contact us at info@baporssa.com and we will help check the carrier status.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you on a replacement or refund based on the situation.
BAPORSSA is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing from the delivery location.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building reception, mailroom staff, property management, or the local carrier first.
9. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your package or item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@baporssa.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the shipping label
We will review the issue and help with a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.
10. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or shipping method.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped to the provided address due to carrier limitations, restricted locations, incomplete address information, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
