Return Policy
1. Return Period
We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️ Specific Clause for Sunglasses: Due to the precision and high value of the product, return requests for Sunglasses must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. All other non-eyewear standard items remain eligible for the 30-day period.

European Union Orders: Compliant with the EU 14-day cooling-off period, but subject to the fee structure in Section 3.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Complete Packaging: Must be returned using the original factory box, which must be free of damage, and include the dust bag, warranty card, and microfiber cloth.

No Signs of Use: Lenses must be free of fingerprints, watermarks, or scratches. Frames must show no hinge movement marks or oil residue on nose pads.

UV400 Protection must be unactivated (initial wearing time must be controlled to $\le 5$ minutes).

3. Return Fees and Costs

Standard Shipping Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.

❌ Non-Quality Issue Fees: All sunglasses returns due to non-quality issues (e.g., buyer's remorse, dislike, fit issues) are subject to a 20% service and handling fee of the item's value. Returns due to wrong size incur an additional $15 handling fee.

EU Order Fee: Returns under the EU 14-day cooling-off period will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Responsibility: Shipping costs for all non-quality related returns are borne by the customer.
4. How to Start a Return

Pre-Approval: All sunglasses return requests must receive pre-approval from customer service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Mandatory Video Requirement: To expedite sunglasses return review and mitigate disputes, you must submit a 5-minute unboxing and inspection video verifying the item's original condition and integrity.

Return Address: Returned items must be sent to the address provided by customer service.

Mandatory Logistics: Sunglasses returns must be shipped using FedEx 5789 Service (including $\$500$ insurance).
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defect Reporting Timeline: Minor manufacturing defects must be reported within $\le 24$ hours of receipt.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or engraved/personalized sunglasses), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Final Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or sunglasses marked as "Final Sale."

Activated Smart Glasses are permanently non-returnable.

7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and conducted a strict inspection of your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Inspection Standard: Sunglasses returns will be checked using high-precision equipment (e.g., scratch detectors) to ensure the item is in resale condition.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@baporssa.com.
