At BAPORSSA, we want choosing your eyewear to feel clear, simple, and low-risk. If your sunglasses are not the right fit, style, or color for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at info@baporssa.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for your return request
Returns must be approved before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Returned eyewear must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free of scratches, lens marks, makeup residue, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags, protective materials, accessories, and packaging
Please include any case, pouch, cleaning cloth, warranty card, product card, and original packaging that came with your order.
3. Return Shipping
For returns due to fit, style preference, color preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BAPORSSA is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will cover the replacement or return shipping cost for verified order issues.
4. No Restocking Fee
BAPORSSA does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different style, color, or fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the style you prefer.
If you need help choosing a better fit, our support team can help recommend another frame based on your face shape, style preference, and lens needs.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@baporssa.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
After we review the issue, we will help with a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.
7. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for items that:
- Show signs of wear or use
- Have scratches, lens marks, makeup residue, or damage
- Are missing original accessories or packaging
- Have been altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery
- Are returned without approval
BAPORSSA currently does not offer Final Sale items. If this changes in the future, any Final Sale item will be clearly marked before purchase.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product issue.
9. 365-Day Craftsmanship Support
BAPORSSA eyewear is designed for clear daily wear and long-term use.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect within 365 days of delivery, contact us at info@baporssa.com with your order number and clear photos.
This support does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Loss or theft
- Misuse or improper care
- Lens scratches from use
- Damage caused by heat, pressure, impact, or improper storage
- Changes in fit caused by handling, bending, or adjustment by a third party
